RE: ACLS Class
Welcome,
We will be meeting at Crown College in the Nursing Lab on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to review the principles of ECG monitoring. This day will include an opportunity for you to demonstrate high quality CPR and practice the ACLS algorithms in a simulated environment.
On Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p. m. we will again meet in the Nursing Lab. Agenda for this day includes reviewing videos from the American Heart Association on Advanced Cardiac Life Support. To complete the requirements for certification, there will be a written test (70% pass rate required-open book) and a demonstration of competency through simulation.
*** Please note we are using 2015 ACLS books ***
